Any other solution for my ant problem?!?!?
I have been getting the sweet ants in my kitchen and laundry room, I figured out they’re coming from the attic, they are coming through ceiling light fixtures, vents, the attic door. The attic is filled with insulation and can not get up there, and there would be no where to put ant bait. I have tried Terro, spent around 25 bucks, on outdoor Terro spray and 20 Terro ant baits, put them all over the house, been over 2 weeks, said it works in 3-7 days, there are no ants even near it. I put mixture of Terro liquid ant bait and honey and spread it where they’re coming in through the light fixtures. Nothing yet. Any other ideas??? Thanks!
well terro is a sugar based bait… you may not have sugar feeding ants but protein feeders. Try a protein based bait such as Combat. Knowing what type of ants they are will help determine what to do for them, if you think they may be pharaoh ants, do not use a spray around them, it only makes the problem worse.
